The Complex Care services we provide are designed to support individuals with a learning disability with highly complex and severe behaviours.

 

Our Complex Care services are developed in partnership with a Local Authority and or Clinical Commissioning Group to meet an identified local demand and with specific individuals in mind.

Care is provided in an individual’s home.
These services are for individuals requiring assistance with complex needs to enable their home environment to facilitate community living.

The environment is a unique and important part of the model.

This allows people to live in their own space for care and support to be delivered in a way that has a personal and professional approach.
