All DEVON C.AIR LTD homecare agency staff are carefully selected and fully trained to NVQ 2/3 standard. They are also CRB checked. All care workers are covered by insurance and can be easily recognised by photo ID badges. We do not wear uniforms as we try to operate as low key as possible. We do have a sensible, smart and appropriate dress code approach. Our care team are encouraged to constantly improve and update their knowledge and skills.

We welcome John Bonner, our new Assistant Manager. John has many years experience in Health & Social care, and holds a Registered Managers Award (RMA). John is also our in house training Co-ordinator and has an involvement in all aspects of training including all Healthcare mandatory and specialist training. John will welcome any calls and is in the office Monday - Friday 9-5
CRB = Criminal Records Bureau. It's a police clearance so that the staff we employ do not have criminal records and are vetted before being able to work and to enter an individual's home.
